To Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment

We kindly ask you give at least a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Not giving a 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your service.

No Call/No Shows and Late

If you do not call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be asked to pay for your missed appointment in full. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to rebook your appointment and will be considered a no show if you do not contact us.

Children

Children are only permitted in the salon when receiving services. For safety and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children, and hope you understand we can't ensure their safety in an environment with chemicals and hot and sharp tools present. We also don't want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
